Dr. Rebman specializes in mood disorders, neuromodulation, psychotherapy, and integrative approaches. He is a Fellow of the Integrative Psychiatry Institute and serves as adjunct faculty at the University of Minnesota. His clinical expertise includes advanced treatments for resistant depression such as Ketamine, TMS, and ECT, as well as extensive leadership experience as a Department Chair, Chief Medical Officer, and Medical Director across inpatient and outpatient settings. In every role, Dr. Rebman brings a holistic, flexible, and consultative mindset. He is deeply passionate about equipping nurse practitioners with the tools and support they need to thrive—fostering a culture of trust, growth, and shared purpose. He often says, “I may not have all the answers, but I know the right places to look,” a reflection of his humility and dedication to working alongside others in pursuit of the best possible outcomes. Outside of his professional life, Dr. Rebman enjoys spending time with his family, exercising, swimming, practicing archery, and exploring the outdoors.
