I’ve only had one visit with her so far and was able to get in on the same day, which was great. Unfortunately I scheduled with a different provider that I had selected because I did my research and thought it would be a good fit. I was quickly notified that I would not be seeing the one I selected but rather, Bonnie. She was nice and was willing to make some changes to my current treatment however, I can’t recall seeing a smile and she seemed slightly irritated when I spoke, possibly there was a slight lag when we each spoke so it seemed we were speaking over each other at times. It’s unclear to me how much detail she wants to hear.

If you are seeking a provider who focuses primarily on medication distribution and does not engage in developing a thorough treatment plan, this may be the right choice for you. Although I typically do not leave reviews for healthcare providers, I felt it necessary to share my experience after the provider abruptly ended our conversation when I expressed my concerns about the compatibility of our working relationship. Such dismissiveness can leave patients feeling as though their requests for appropriate care are unreasonable, when in fact it is simply about obtaining care that meets our needs. It is important not to feel pressured into accepting a provider solely for the sake of having one; we deserve compassionate care without the fear of judgment or aggression when we advocate for ourselves. Additionally, the provider's lack of headphones and inappropriate setup was unprofessional, given the sensitive nature of our conversation. If that doesn’t concern you, book an appointment.
