About Barbara Haffner Smith

Barbara Haffner is a board-certified Physician Assistant who received her Master of Science in Medicine from Trevecca Nazarene University. Born and raised in Columbia, Tennessee, Barbara has spent most of her life in the Middle Tennessee area, although she loves to spend her free time traveling both in the US and internationally. She earned her Bachelor's degree from Lipscomb University, where she graduated as class Valedictorian. After completing a clinical rotation in dermatology, she knew she had found the area of medicine for which she was truly passionate. Barbara is thrilled to be part of the Pinnacle Dermatology family and enjoys being involved in the Clarksville community through church and sports.
