My workflow starts with listening to potential clients and getting to know them as soon as they get in touch. Normally, I communicate with clients by email, but if they prefer, I can also speak with them over the phone. Be Sure to Communicate Clear and Often. Be upbeat and self-assured. Consider Each Client as a Unique Individual. Describe what you're doing. Give some feedback. Go beyond Expectations. Know the Big Picture and Micro Goals of the Clients.
