“I don’t often write reviews. I left the appointment with Dr. Besh feeling like I’ve spent time with someone with true mastery of their craft. Sometimes you just know when someone has a passion for what they do and the knowledge to back it up. I’ve never had a doctor be so present to me and my concerns during office visit. It was truly refreshing. I left informed, confident, and with the feeling I made the best decision.”

Dr. Basil Besh and his team are excellent. Glad I found Dr. Besh.
Dr. Besh and team are amazing! Highly recommended!
Very awful experience with Dr. Basil Besh, really a poor listener and never paid attention to my problem. I started to explain my problem and he hardly spent 2 mins listening and concluded saying he know what it is just left office by saying assistant will tell what to do next. I have mentioned to his assistant that I have not finished explaining about my problem and did not get a good response from her. I wasn't prescribed any medicine as well except to go through Physical therapy and rip off pitch to buy arm supports that I already have. I really wanted to understand one thing from this visit, if doctor does not have time to see and listen to the patient, they should not accept the appointments. Why to accept patients and send them away by not even listening to them. Please understand that patients come with high hopes for cure and spend lot of efforts to visit a doctor. I would highly recommend not to visit this doctor and find help somewhere else. Its time waste seeing Dr. Basil.

I waited for ~45 min to see him. When he came, he didn't apologize. After he identified the condition, I asked him whether it will start from a certain situation. He then suddenly bend my thumb to show me his diagnosis is correct. I screamed right away because it hurts me so bad. My thumb inflamed from that and it hurts badly for at least a few days. He did apologize when he heard me scream. However, I do not think I should receive this bad treatment even though maybe he is a very famous doctor. He talked to me for about a minute and then he left me to talk to his staff. While he was there, I felt that he does not have the patience to answer my questions. He just want to leave and do his own business.
He explained my issues well so I understand the problem. He also took the time to explained what can be possible treatments and my options to resolve my issue.
Dr Bash was friendly, professional and explained everything, providing me with options for management of my problem. He IS a keeper!

Wait time was none. I needed to take an x-ray and the clinic had the X-ray technician available on site, no extra appointment needed. When I spoke to the doctor, he prescribed a splint and an MRI. Conveniently enough I could also get done in the same clinic. This place has everything! I got my splint custom made for me as soon as I walked in the physical therapy room. This clinic is the best!!! No hassle, no wasted time waiting. All the staff personal is very friendly and helpful. Doctor’s bedside manner is concise and very honest with his diagnosis. He seems to care about his patients.

I chose an early morning appointment. I was treated quickly, with minimal waiting. I was able to fill out new patient forms, get x-rays, and consult with Dr. Besh in under 1 hour. Dr. Besh was professional and easy to talk to. He clearly explained his diagnosis and walked me through treatment options. A very positive experience. I look forward to seeing Dr. Besh again if needed.

Doctor Besh was amazing. Zeroed in on my hand issue fast, and was very friendly and communicative. In fact the entire staff was. great. They really set the bar high and wish all doctors' offices could be like this.

Dr Besh spent considerable time listening and explained what could be the issue. He is very patient. My only concern was the wait time before I was seen, but on the bright side, he did not rush through the appointment, so I would not mind waiting.
he is good cause he knew right away what was going on with my wrist just by looking at my x-ray (no broken bones or anything); he was also nice, just wished there was more time spent in asking about history and what the probably causes were.
Considering my injury, this could have been quite an unpleasant experience. Instead, Dr. Besh and the form staff made my visits ALMOST enjoyable. :)
