I work with adults in addressing depression, anxiety, mood disorders, sleep disturbances, trauma, and ADHD. What is your typical process for working with clients?
At Glow Mind Care, our goal is to provide compassionate, personalized mental health care tailored to your needs. A typical session with our provider focuses on understanding your symptoms, experiences, and treatment goals. While our provider primarily focus on medication management, we incorporate elements of supportive/talk therapy during visits. We may explore coping strategies, thought patterns, and behavioral changes to enhance your well-being. For in-depth psychotherapy, we may recommend a therapist while we manage medications.
