My journey includes more than 16 years in the psychiatric field, during which time I earned a post-master Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certificate from the University of Cincinnati. A bit about my approach to therapy I draw upon a blend of therapeutic modalities, integrating elements from Neuman's Systems Model to guide our work. This comprehensive approach empowers us to address the symptoms and underlying causes of distress, fostering resilience and promoting personal growth. My ultimate goal is to support you on your mental and emotional well-being journey, empowering you to live a more fulfilling and balanced life. I am caring and invested on giving a personalized treatment to each of my patients. I understand that everyone is different and unique on their needs. Everyone come from diverse backgrounds and live experiences that must be respected and considered for a successful outcome.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In the first or second encounter, we can work together in a treatment plan focused on individual needs and life goals. I like to maintain a safe and non judgemental environment where each of my patients can be themselves.
