I am a dual-certified Nurse Practitioner with over 16 years of diverse experience in healthcare, including Family Medicine, leadership, and Mental Health. I earned my Bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland Medical Center and completed my Master’s in Family Health Nursing at Walden University, where I also earned a Post-Master’s Certificate in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing and a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My main professional philosophy is to promote a therapeutic relationship with my clients/patients, allowing us to jointly explore possibilities for the restoration of their mental well-being. I understand the difficulty of taking the first step, which is why I am here to provide you with the professional help you need, so make your first appointment with me.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

With extensive training in psychopharmacology, addiction medicine, and supportive therapy, I provide evidence-based treatment choices including medication management, non-pharmacological approaches, nutritional supplements, and addiction treatments including counseling and supportive therapy. My services are non judgmental and they respect patients' race, gender, sexual orientation and religious affiliation.
