Her training includes intensive Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) & TEAM therapy training by David Burns, M.D., OCD certification through the Obsessive Compulsive Foundation, certification in Cognitive Therapy from the Academy of Cognitive and Behavioral Therapies, trauma-focused CBT, Gottman couples therapy as well as training from The Couples Institute, and positive behavioral interventions strategies (PBIS) to name a few. In her free time she likes to engage in fun family activities in the community.
