He has expertise in both minimally invasive and open surgical techniques and is committed to delivering individualized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs. Dr. Fegale has a special interest in complex aortic pathology and advanced endovascular therapies. He specializes in complex aortic procedures, including physician-modified endografts (PMEG), fenestrated and branched endovascular aneurysm repair, and open aortic reconstruction, offering state-of-the-art treatment options for patients with challenging aortic aneurysms and other complex vascular conditions. Fluent in Spanish, Dr. Fegale is passionate about providing accessible, culturally sensitive care to a diverse patient population. As the son of Peruvian immigrants, he values the importance of building meaningful relationships with patients and families and strives to ensure that every patient feels heard, informed, and empowered throughout their care.
