He completed his fellowship training in Vascular Surgery at Harbor–UCLA Medical Center, where he received advanced training in open and endovascular techniques for the treatment of complex arterial and venous diseases. Dr. Fegale completed his General Surgery residency at Riverside University Health System (RUHS), where he developed broad expertise in the surgical management of a wide range of conditions. Dr. Fegale specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of vascular diseases, including peripheral arterial disease, carotid artery disease, aortic aneurysms, venous disorders, and dialysis access management, in addition to providing comprehensive general surgical care. He has expertise in both minimally invasive and open surgical techniques and is committed to delivering individualized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs. Dr. Fegale has a special interest in complex aortic pathology and advanced endovascular therapies. He specializes in complex aortic procedures, including physician-modified endografts (PMEG), fenestrated and branched endovascular aneurysm repair, and open aortic reconstruction, offering state-of-the-art treatment options for patients with challenging aortic aneurysms and other complex vascular conditions. Fluent in Spanish, Dr. Fegale is passionate about providing accessible, culturally sensitive care to a diverse patient population.
