Acknowledging their situation and desire to improve their lives is often humbling. I am passionate about helping others gain deeper self-understanding and create harmony in their productivity. I sometimes see clients who need to discuss life events to process their experiences, while others seek more skills-based approaches. Generally, I find that the more in-depth systems of Internal Family Systems (IFS) allow clients to truly understand themselves and achieve healing within their inner system. I hold a PsyD in School Psychology from St. John's University and earned my bachelor's degree from Lander College for Men. Additionally, I completed a fellowship in Pediatric Neuropsychology at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York. This training enriches my approach and enhances my ability to support clients through their unique challenges.
