Getting to know Bernadette Noel
Hello. I am a board certified nurse practitioner focused in family psychiatric mental health. I have been practicing at a VA outpatient clinic for the last five plus years, treating adults with a wide spectrum of personal conditions and mental health diagnoses, including PTSD of various origins, nightmares, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, anger management, schizophrenia, dementia, substance abuse, other addictions, personality disorders, LGBTQ issues, insomnia, weight loss, pain, poor concentration, suicidal/homicidal ideations, self harm and TBI.
I graduated from the University of Akron's Masters and Bachelors of Science in Nursing program in 2016. I got my start in nursing with my Associates of Applied Sciences in Nursing from Stark State College and worked my way up from there. I am married with two adult children, four dogs and one cat. I enjoy laughing and playing around with my family, coworkers and clients. I love Pearl Jam and science fiction television. I believe that it is the little things that make a life blessed but that we tend to overlook these moments and focus on the negatives instead. It is my goal to help you find the positive moments all around you. I look forward to meeting you and hearing your story, and knowing more about you and your world and I hope you will allow me to join you on this part of your journey.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim.
