Bernard K. Marfo earned his Bachelor's degree from Western Kentucky University and his Master's in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from the University of Southern Indiana. He works in partnership with clients to provide culturally competent, individualized psychiatric and behavioral services through medication management and brief therapy. He is an experienced community crisis and general mental health service practitioner with over a decade of experience in critical care nursing. His background equips him to provide humanistic and holistic tailored mental health services to his clients.

Hi, my name Bernard Kofi Marfo. I am a Board Certified Family Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner licensed to practice in Texas, Iowa & Arizona. I am a managing partner at Hope Psychiatry & Associates PLLC, an outpatient mental health clinic located at Frisco, Texas. I have diverse clinical background in critical care, mental health & psychiatric consults, diagnosis, treatment of common psychiatric problems, illness, crises, and pharmacologic management. My practice module is based on individual client-centered and culturally competent treatment approach. I pride myself in working with clients through compassion, empathy, respect, and humility to reduce the stigma of mental illness, promote mental health, and improve their overall health. Bernard is a good and supportive mental health provider. He is compassionate and provides person Centred Care which I found very helpful and useful to my needs. I recommend him to any one who needs mental health support.
