What should a new client know about working with you?

I use a trauma-informed approach, sensitive to your needs and mindful of triggers. My own lived experience with trauma allows me to offer unique empathy and insight, helping you regain control over your sleep, appetite, focus, and emotional well-being. Together, we’ll work to alleviate anxiety, depression, and hopelessness, while managing intrusive thoughts, including suicidal ideation. As a neurodivergent provider, I’m also committed to supporting neurodivergent individuals in navigating their mental health within their families, workplaces, and communities. I focus on addressing the root causes of symptoms, not just symptom relief, because true healing begins at the source. You don’t have to suffer in silence—reach out today to start your journey toward optimal mental health.
