About Bernisha Roulette

Bernisha Shenell Player-Roulette has a robust background in many facets of nutrition, including medical nutrition therapy, community nutrition, pediatrics, adult and childhood weight management, renal nutrition, and wellness. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Dietetics and Nutrition from Iowa State University and holds a Certificate in Dietetics from Louisiana Tech University. Most recently, she became a 200-hour Registered Yoga Instructor, where she delved deeper into Ayurveda. This experience has increased her passion for wellness as a whole-body systems approach to nutrition. Nutrition affects the human body in every way throughout our lifespan. Bernisha strives to assist every person in focusing or refocusing their relationship with nutrition to change and improve their quality of life. Nutrition is your longest-lasting relationship. She feels it is her mission to heal the community through a mind-body approach to health and wellness.
