It is important to me that a medical provider hear me as I am acutely aware of my medical issues and needs. I was treated with respect and not talked down to. The NP and the entire staff were a very pleasant surprise as my previous PCP experience was the opposite. Dr. Bertine Jean-Laurent is an ABSOLUTE angel and a doll. She has a beautiful aura and bedside manner. She had so much compassion and understanding and knowledge to help me which means the world to me because life has been crazy these past few years. I am so glad I decided to make her my PCP and she is well worth the commute. She made me feel at ease and that I know I will be ok and get everything under control. And she gave me a hug that made me cry she is definitely a healer and I feel all that from 1 visit!!!!

Nice area with office buildings and plenty of parking. The staff were kind and helpful. I saw NP Laurent and she was amazing! Extremely knowledgable and quick to take action on what I had going on. I highly recommend her. They also have a pharmacy in the office, I was able to get my prescription filled and walk out with it right after it was prescribed! Definitely will come here going forward.
