About Dr. Beth Steinfeld
Dr. Beth Steinfeld is an experienced women's health nurse practitioner caring for women throughout the lifespan. She currently practices at Boro Park OB/GYN P.C. in Brooklyn, NY. Dr. Steinfeld received her bachelor's degree from the University of Rhode Island. She then earned her master's degree and certification in Women's Health Nursing from the State University of New York, Downstate Medical Center, as well as a certificate in Women's Health Nursing from Planned Parenthood of New York City. She completed her doctoral degree, Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), at Wilkes University.

I booked with ZocDoc on Dec 31st (New Years Eve) and was happy to get an appointment on Jan 2, in just two days. Jan 2 was the day after New Year's Day holiday, so the office was rather full and busy. I got the practitioner I requested, NP Beth Steinfeld, who my neighbors recommended. She was friendly and skilled and I felt safe and comfortable. She arranged an extra test because it had been several years since my last gyn checkup and the in-office results gave me peace of mind. NP Beth Steinfeld met with me after my exams and tests and gave me the referrals I needed and some health advice for women over 60 like me. I feel like my health care is back on track. It was my first appointment at this OB/GYN so there was some paperwork. They called me in advance to complete the basic paperwork, which saved time at the appointment. Front desk was friendly and prompt. Waiting area was spacious and comfortable with nice chairs. Great experience!

The ambiance of the office was peaceful and welcoming. The staff were warm and friendly. Beth Steinfeld was so warm and engaging. Her welcoming attitude made it easy to hold a candid conversation. Beth was exactly what I was looking for in a gynecologist provider. This was my best gynecologist experience. Thanks to the Eastern Parkway office staff.

I waited 2 and a half hours to see the doctor. This place is poorly run and no one communicates effectively. My daughter was told to give a urine sample upon arrival only to be made to drink almost a gallon of water for an accurate sonogram. It is clear that the people at the desk and the people in the back are not on the same page.

Beth Steinfeld was really warm, friendly and knowledgeable. She has a gift for making you feel comfortable, even in stressful situations (like when you are naked with your legs open in front of a stranger).

Beth Steinfeld is as knowledgeable as she is personable. It had been too many years since my last well woman visit but Dr. Steinfeld was kind and did not make me feel at all ashamed for this gap in my own "self-care". The check up was thorough. Wonderful bedside manner and took the time to listen to and answer concerns. Definitely made the check up a non-stressful experience and communicated through the process. Wait time was about 30 min but once vitals were taken by nurse, Steinfeld came in to see me within a few minutes.

It took a while to be seen, and I wish I'd had more information about why I was waiting for long past my appointment time, with no updates about how much longer it would be. If I hadn't taken the whole afternoon off, I would have felt very stressed.
Beth is lovely and friendly, and I felt like she genuinely cared about my well-being. I tend to feel anxious about medical appointments, but she helped me feel more at ease, and supported in my health choices.
