“The whole experience was great. They got me in quite fast after arrival. The check in process was fast as I had already filled out the documents that they had sent to my email. The staff was very nice and very helpful. Dr. Palinka was very nice and really listened to what I had to say and planned out care steps to address my concerns. I also really like that they have a lab on site, it makes it nice if labs are ordered during your visit that you can get labs done quickly. It was a very pleasant visit. ”

The scheduling team is absolutely atrocious with this office. They rescheduled my appointment multiple times, the last time being the day of my appt. I told them when they rescheduled the 1st time that the appt. slot was not long enough. They assured me it was. This was why they called to reschedule. I think it is very interesting that I have to give a 24hr notice should I need reschedule, or I could be charged, but they can give me a few hours notice when they need to reschedule. My appt. was on a Friday, they had all week. This was the 2nd time they rescheduled. I will find another Dr's office.
