Most importantly - she will listen and adjust medications to provide me with the best possible outcome which I haven't always found with past providers.

All documents requested were completed and submitted. Confirmation of document completion was received. I never received instructions for third party communication or contact. The contact phone numbers were not answered, most would not even connect. A voice mail was left. The provider's receptionist emailed over an hour after the appointment that it was my fault and/or Zoodoc and I should have contacted the provider directly.

One of the traumas I needed help with was years ago when I signed up for therapy for the first time, that therapist eventually ghosted me for months then contacted me one day and confessed they "completely forgot" about me then proceeded to drop me as a patient without solving ANY of my problems.
After filling out and sending everything needed prior to the appointment, THIS doctor never contacted me on how to join our session. When the appointment time came around I was still waiting on the appointments page for her to contact me so I tried calling the office only to immediately get an automated message saying the call couldn't be completed then hung up on me. I double-checked the number and tried twice more with no difference. My appointment was at 2:45. It's currently 4:12 and still not an email, phone call, or session from her! Needless to say, she is NOT the doctor to help me with my abandonment issues!!
