I am a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with a Master's in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Frontier Nursing University and a Bachelor's degree from Dartmouth College. I treat clients with anxiety, depression, PTSD, burnout, and addictions. I offer holistic and concierge services such as Medication Management, Herbal Supplementation, Specialized Lab and Genetic Testing, Therapy, and Nutritional Psychiatry.

What is your typical process for working with clients?
START:
-15 minute free consult to learn about your needs and how I can help.
-I will email you prior to the consult and call you at the time you book here.
-After the consult call, I will schedule a full 90 min psychiatric assessment to understand your needs in detail
Your 90 min long psychiatric intake includes:
-Psychiatric Evaluation
-Medication management
Discussion on:
-Bloodwork
-Natural supplements
-Genetic Testing
-Nutritional psychiatry
-Mental Health Tracking
Out-of-pocket fees and assistance
Initial session: $397 for 90 minutes
Ongoing session: $255 for 25 minutes

I will submit each visit to your insurance company FOR YOU so you’re REIMBURSED for your treatment. Never again will you be stuck on the phone for hours with them. This helps you meet your yearly out-of-network deductible so that all of your other medical care gets covered.
