Ms. Beverly will be my new PCP now! I was so sick, I felt like I was about pass away. This provider not only made me feel like I was being well taken care of but actually sat in the room with me while I was on a nebulizer treatment. Her bedside manner is impeccable. Beverly is great and deserves a raise. The office struggles a bit with communication, especially before appointments. They didn’t tell me, for example, that there is no phlebotomist on weekends (which means I wasted a Sunday afternoon) or whether I needed to fast for my follow up blood draw. I generally give the practice high marks, other than a phlebotomist with a surly bedside manner, but wish they would communicate with me about just basic things. Even a message in the portal that says “what you need to know about your follow up” would be great. Not gonna stop me from coming. But I will have to do extra legwork before appointments.

Beverly is great. She took her time to understand the issues I was facing. — not only my family and health history, but also job and life stressors — and helped me put together a proactive plan that was both practicable and successful. She’s very prevention focused, knowledgeable and empathetic, and she has creative and workable suggestions.

The office charged for the visit, even though my insurance does not charge for primary physician visits. Additionally, the office referred my spouse to a cardiologist who no longer works at MedStar. We have called the office numerous times and sent emails, but have not received any response. The service has been very disappointing.

Dr. Gregory is a highly competent, knowledgeable, and sharp doctor who can get to the root of the matter. She is not only a very capable doctor that can help you in your time of need, but she can also effectively help you help yourself as well. I would most definitely go back to see her, and as a matter of fact, I will pay her a visit next time I am in the D.C. area for a follow-up.
