About Dr. Bhakti Patel
Dr. Patel is a Chiropractic Physician with certifications in Acupuncture and Active Release Technique. She dedicates herself to help patients gain pain-free range of motion and find long-term solutions to their physical limitations. She is always ready to assist individuals who are seeking relief from conditions such as, but not limited to chronic low back pain, sciatica, bursitis, tears, tendonitis, and neuropathies, as well as injuries from motor vehicle accidents or slip and fall accidents. Dr. Patel works with both amateur and professional athletes, including those who are training for or are currently in the NFL and MLB.
Dr. Patel received her Bachelors of Health Science from the University of Florida and received her Doctor of Chiropractic from the Palmer College of Chiropractic, Florida where she studied evidence based clinical practice. Dr. Patel discovered her passion for working with athletes at all levels of expertise while volunteering with the University of Florida Sidney Lanier Fitness Program, spending numerous hours creating fitness plans and motivating a healthier lifestyle for students with disabilities. Helping students overcome obstacles sparked her interest in a career to help others live a healthy lifestyle. Even throughout chiropractic school, she specialized in Motion Palpation, Soft Tissue, and Functional Rehabilitation.
During her preceptorship in Beverly Hills, California, she gained further experience providing chiropractic care to Olympic athletes and celebrities. Her enthusiasm for working with physical dysfunctions associated with elite athletes extends beyond to those who work tirelessly at a nine to five job, full-time moms, weekend warriors, and yogis.
Dr. Patel believes pain can manifest from physical and even chemical imbalances and her goal is to properly diagnose and to treat these issues via patient education, corrective exercises, manual therapies, and a combination of nutrition, contemporary acupuncture and traditional acupuncture. She is a certified healthcare professional by The Running Clinic, Motion Palpation Institute, and Active Release Technique, and she is also an exclusive member of Business Networking International.
In her spare time, Dr. Patel enjoys exploring new places, weightlifting, and watching comedy shows.

The office is ver clean. The staff very friendly. Once your finished with the initial paperwork, you are seen immediately. The doctor was very attentive, listened to my concerns and she examined me and explained the issue that I have. Treatment was more than I expected. She is well knowledge in massage therapy, cupping, acupuncture and chiropractic procedures.
I was given a training plan and I will be returning for future visits.
