Front staff was so polite and was an easy check-in. As for Dr. Albertini…. she was amazing! I have been to many OBs just wanting to be heard and she went above and beyond. I am so thankful for her attentiveness. I’d recommend her to anyone… ESPECIALLY if you’re black.

I had a great experience at this office from start to finish. The intake staff were very friendly and clear with their communication, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. NP Albertini was wonderful—she was kind, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable. She clearly explained everything she was doing and gave helpful guidance on ways I can stay healthy. I truly loved my experience and will definitely be referring her to others.

Dr. Albertini was willing to answer every question I had and thoroughly explained anything i needed further information on. I’ve previously had doctors dismiss me and not take my symptoms seriously, but Dr. Albertini got me the care i needed in what I imagine is a record amount of time. I’m not completely comfortable in doctor settings, but I felt respected and truly cared for at Affinity Family Medicine.

Bianca has a wonderful energy about her. Immediately felt comfortable and made the switch to have her be my primary care as well as my women’s doctor.
Super attentive to everything you have to say and is completely focused on you the entire appointment. This is my first time seeing her and she asked a bunch of questions to really get to know me and my situation to provide the best care. She genuinely wanted to get to know me and you can tell that she loves her job and what she does. I cannot recommend her enough and I immediately recommended her to a coworker right after my appointment.
It takes me a while to get comfortable with doctors but with her it was immediate. I’m so glad I found her on this app.

Overall amazing experience. Office felt calming and welcoming. As a patient I felt heard and not “just a number” from start to finish. I was nervous and was put at ease when she sensed my anxiety. She took her time talking to me about my concerns and results of testing. Also went through my bloodwork so I understood it. I never felt rushed or dismissed.
