The doctor was very friendly, skilled, and attentive!
One of the bathrooms were very dirty!!! No toilet paper, and some blood smeared at the light switch.
I needed my results to be faxed to my primary doctor, so he could send my EKG as part of my Hospital Clearance Papers, before my surgery.
They promised, but didn't fax it. We called, they promised, but still my doctor said he didn't receive it....
I'm not happy......

Dr Bicky was great choice. My DH was her patient last year and raved about her. When I needed a cardiologist seeing was a no brainer and he was right. The office staff was super nice and responsive which is not the norm with other doctor offices I go to sadly! 100% recommend!!

The 1st receptionists seem to give a little bit of a hard time bcuz I left my insurance card by accident but once his coworker showed him a work around everything else was good, The rest of the staff was very pleasant & the doctor, I appreciate the doctor she very thorough and took her time to explain everything, If I need a cardiologist going forward I want it to be her. I strongly recommend

Doctor Bicky was great but the wait was long and the front staff was weird. Not all of them but one lady in particular was talking smack about the doctor while I was standing right there. Also trying to get an appointment to do a stress test and sono is crazy.

This was my second time seeing this doctor. She was very well knowledgeable and understanding. She took her time to listen to all my symptoms and ordered the appropriate tests accordingly. The wait time wasn’t long at all. Would recommend if your looking for a new cardiologist.

Thorough visit! I had mostly all my tests done here on the same day but there was a wait due to lack of techs on staff that day. I also was a little miffed that acquiring a heart monitor that day was impossible and the availability of getting one and then returning one was going to be quite a task requiring multiple visits on specific days. It led to frustration and my heart rate going up which is why I was there in the first place.

Dr Bicky Vettichira was really nice and very smart. I felt very comfortable with her and the staff. I was able to get all my testing done in under 3 hours the same day. I had blood work, an ekg, an echo, a stress test and left wearing a heart monitor. I booked the appointment on zocdoc that morning.
I would highly recommend this doctor.
