The practitioner was annoyed that her treatment didn’t work. She seemed surly and said “I am not a miracle worker”. She also shut her door so I wouldn’t be able to speak to her after that. The space is nice but Lulu doesn’t have good manners.

Good I would go back

It was a good experience and was feeling better for the problem that I went there for, until the doctor pulled my injured right arm up and I yelled, I have no idea why he would do that, after I told him my right shoulder was feeling better, he needs to be more aware and gentle with this patients.

Excellent experience. It was my first acupuncture procedure and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable the whole time. I scheduled the first appointment 2 hours before expecting to go in only to fill out paperwork. Dr. Cai found the time not only to talk to me and fill out the insurance forms but also to give me a full session. I felt better than I ever did in a year. I truly believe I finally found a health professional who can heal my chronic back pain.

Excellent.
Very good.
Great.
I went with a neck spasm and within two minutes, like magic, it was gone! This is Chinese medicine at its finest. Dr. Cai is truly an expert and takes the time to carefully explain things and address questions. The office is beautiful and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. My session started with a consultation, followed by acupuncture and then massage. I feel 100% better and will definitely return. This place is the real deal!
