About Dr. Bindi Patel

It’s really important to listen and take the time to communicate. I also feel strongly about building a relationship with my patients so they feel comfortable talking to me about everything. I like to get to know the entire family, so I understand the dynamic. I earned my Bachelor’s degree from Kent State University and went on to receive my Doctor of Medicine from Northeast Ohio Medical University. I completed my residency in Family Medicine at Lehigh Valley Health Network. My dad was a physician, as are many of my extended family members, so I was exposed to the world of medicine at a young age. I always knew from the time I was a child that I would grow up to be a doctor. I enjoy cooking, especially vegetarian dishes, because my husband is a vegetarian. It’s fun to experiment with different dishes, and I’m always looking for good recipes online. I also like to garden and grow herbs that I use when I cook.
