What should a new client know about working with you?
A new client should know that I am a "down-to-earth" type of provider and that I support an environment free of judgment or blame. I am empathetic and able to evaluate a situation from many different points of view. I focus on the patient's experience, health and happiness. We will work together to make you feel like yourself again! We will track your progress, meet periodically based on your treatment plans, and refill or adjust your medications as needed.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
Every first visit includes a review of the medical and psychological history, a working basis for an individual treatment plan. Pre-scheduled follow-up sessions include a reassessment of your symptom improvement based on treatment recommendations. My mission as a psychiatric mental health practitioner is to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals and families affected by mental illness. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where my patients feel heard, understood and empowered to manage their mental health.

She was great I just wish that it had been made known upfront that she could not assist with the medication I needed. She wanted to change my medicine I have been on for 5 years. I have Narcolepsy and ADHD and she could not prescribe the medication for it.
