I am a certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and believe in integrated mental health care to optimize your mental well-being. I accept clients with psychiatric mental illnesses across the lifespan and utilize evidence-based methods of care management. I am open-minded, compassionate, and excited to help my patients be their best. I believe in a holistic approach to care that incorporates medication, counseling, healthy eating, lifestyle changes, exercise, and psychotherapy into the treatment modalities.
I am licensed to treat patients in Texas, Arizona, New Mexico, and Washington State. I specialize in treating patients from adolescence to adulthood who are struggling with psychiatric disorders, substance use disorders, and mental health services including depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), obsessive-compulsive disorder, insomnia, eating disorders, ADHD, sleep-wake -Disturbances etc..

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

Blessing Benjamin is an absolute blessing. She has given me the strength and guidance to push past my limits and discover what a wonderful life can be lived if I greet the world with open arms.
