What should a new client know about working with you?

* You will be receiving a link from Headway to complete all intake paperwork. This must be completed prior to visit in order to be seen* New clients can expect a warm, nonjudgmental environment where they feel safe and supported. I take the time to understand each person’s unique history, concerns, and goals. Treatment plans are developed collaboratively and may include medication management, supportive psychotherapy, or a combination of both, based on what best meets the client’s needs.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My typical process begins with a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation to assess symptoms and identify appropriate interventions. I take time to understand each client’s background and build rapport in a supportive, comfortable environment. When appropriate, I may use standardized tools to ensure accurate diagnosis. All sessions are conducted via telehealth for flexibility and convenience. Follow-up visits focus on monitoring progress, adjusting treatment, and supporting clients through education and shared decision-making.
