Poor bedside manner, rude, and didn’t listen to anything I said so she asked the same questions over and over…and over. She arrived twenty minutes late. The second the session started she said she had to hang up and use the phone instead. Video and audio weren’t working since she had no WIFI. She tried to cancel the appointment multiple times and reschedule, even though their office has been bugging me about this appointment everyday for weeks. She got pretty rude with me when I said no, and this is the only night I’m available for several weeks. Also nobody mentioned to me that I needed updated bloodwork in order to get medication that I very much need, so now I have to wait weeks in order to get the medication I could have gotten that day.
It’s obvious that she doesn’t care about patients at all, and I decided in the first two minutes of that appointment that I never want this woman to be in charge of messing with my brian chemistry.

One of the best experiences I’ve had with any health provider, physical or mental. Communication was prompt, clear, and not spam-like.
Ms. Okuji was warm and welcoming, and asked meaningful and relevant questions during our screening. I truly felt seen, heard, and cared for as a patient and I’m looking forward to continuing my care with this team!

I had such a great experience.
She was incredibly kind, supportive, and thorough. She took the time to really understand me and how I was feeling instead of rushing through the appointment.
What I appreciated most was that she wasn’t focused on just prescribing medication and ending the visit. She asked thoughtful questions, listened without judgment, and made me feel genuinely heard. It honestly felt like a therapy session too because of how compassionate and understanding she was.
