I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and life stressors through evidence-based approaches. With training in CBT, solution-focused therapy, and person-centered care, I tailor each session to support healing, personal growth, and long-term well-being.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
When you start working with me, I begin by getting to know you and understanding your mental health history, current concerns, and goals. We’ll have an initial assessment where I’ll listen closely to your needs, and together, we’ll discuss your options for treatment. My approach is collaborative, and I believe in creating a personalized plan that fits you.
Based on our discussion, I may recommend therapy, medication management, or both. If medication is part of your treatment, I’ll monitor your progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure you’re getting the most effective care. I’ll also check in regularly to assess how you're doing and address any concerns.
Throughout our time together, I encourage open communication. I want you to feel comfortable asking questions and sharing your experiences so that we can adjust your plan as needed. My goal is to help you achieve lasting mental wellness in a way that feels right for you.

Terrible place for those having and needing help with their psychiatric care! Communication is poor and just because you book and appointment does not mean you will get seen! This place is an absolute joke. Missed two appointments with me. The first and the last I will not recommend this place for your mental health care at all.
