I have only met with Dr. Kalani twice thus far into my treatment, and I am already very pleased. He is extremely thorough when it comes to treatment. He asks a lot of questions that pertain to each and every area of life, and doesn't rush you out of his office. He is a nice man who is very caring and concerned. I definitely recommend him to anyone seeking the need for compassionate psychiatric care.

Used ZOC Doc but the first appointment was cancelled unilaterally by Dr's Office. Second appointment was a difficult, they don't accept ZOCDOC without many add on requirements
Dr. was difficult to book an appointment.
Dr. asked for duplicate documents that I had completed on ZOCDOC related to insurance etc.
Dr. insisted that you understand the cancellation policy and required your credit card # to ensure against violation of policy.

Dr. Kalani is a board-certified psychiatrist with more than 30 years of experience in providing psychiatric services in both, public and private mental health settings. Dr Kalani has extensive experience with the treatment of psychiatric, psychological and mental health problems. His expertise is in treating both adult and childhood Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar Disorder. In addition, he treats Anger Issues, Tics and Tourette’s Disorders, Life Stressors and Adjustment Problems, Sleep Problems. Unique to Dr. Kalani’s Practice is that he is proficient with providing both medication management and psychotherapy which improves client satisfaction and saves the client extra co-pays, time, and split treatment. I was disappointed in the Dr's professionalism.

He's an awful doctor that just cares about getting paid. He doesn't care about helping his patients at all. I went in there with a very serious issue and instead of trying to help me he was judge mental and absolutely in no way concerned with my mental health. Avoid this man at all cost if you really want to help.

This was my first visit. I brought my son for a consultation about his issues with focusing on his school/home work. Dr. Kalani is professional, he asked some preliminary questions (relative) and gave me a questionnaire for my husband and I to fill out and other ones for his teachers to fill out. He scheduled our second appt and that's when we will evaluate the questionnaires and have a more in depth conversation about my son's issues. So far, my experience with this doctor has been positive.

Dr. Kalani was very professional and helpful. I like that he is willing to try behavioral therapy instead of going straight to medication.

My visits with Dr. Kalani are always very informative & give me better insights regarding my conditions & symptoms. He is always very thorough & spends enough time making sure my treatment is going well. I definitely recommend others to see him.
