Please note my pricing is $500 for 80 minutes and $250 for 30-minute ongoing sessions. If you are struggling to find emotional balance but want to live a healthier, happier life, I would gladly help you and welcome you to my office.
My psychiatry practice focuses on treating mood and anxiety disorders, including depression, bipolar disorder, OCD, PTSD, ADHD, and comorbid mental health conditions in late adolescence and adulthood. One of my other areas of specialty is the management of mood disorders during and after pregnancy.
I provide confidential, comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and mindful psychopharmacology based on your individual needs. I strive to ensure the most empathic, supportive, and contemporary treatment in a safe and welcoming environment. Together, we will create your personalized treatment plan, allowing you to express yourself without judgment. With your consent, I work collaboratively with parents, schools, and other professionals to develop a well-rounded treatment plan.
I am a board-certified psychiatrist and speak both English and Russian. I began my psychiatry career in Russia after graduating from Smolensk State Medical University, then came to the US to complete my residency in psychiatry at Mount Sinai Beth Israel in New York City. Since then, I have worked as a psychiatrist in private practice.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Fink for a few years now and am very comfortable with her. She is an excellent psychiatrist who takes into account all of your personal circumstances before prescribing medication or making changes to your existing regimen. I would highly recommended her. She also sees my wife.

Dr. Fink has been my psychiatrist for many years. She is a very insightful professional. She does much more than just prescribing medication. She really gets to know you first and follows her patients progress very closely. She listens carefully when you speak. She is proactive in coming up with ways that you could improve your life. I really appreciate her approach and find it very helpful.

I've being seeing Dr. Fink for years now, and she has done such a great job stabilizing my medications. I feel much better than when we first started. She is always able to accommodate my changing schedule, and she asks pertinent questions to get the information from me that she needs.

Dr. Fink is a great psychiatrist. In each appointment you have with her, she really takes time to talk to you in order to make sure you are recieving the correct treatment and your mental health is managable. She is also avaliable through text for any emergencies/concerns most of the time, and if she won’t be, she will give you a heads up.
If you are looking for someone who takes the time to really get to know you and listens to you voice your concerns, Dr. Fink gets your in the right path!

Every time I had a visit with Dr.Fink I always felt like I was in great hands. Her expertise was always immediately recognized. Her skill in diagnosis and medication suggestions is superb. She also always accommodates when needed in any area. For example, if I felt a medication was causing me any sort of negative reaction, she would not hesitate to make a change and did it very safely.

Dr. Fink provides excellent care and is very knowledgeable. During our sessions, she is extremely thorough and spends ample time listening/responding appropriately to any of my concerns. Scheduling appointments are easy and she promptly responds to communication outside of our regular sessions. I highly recommend her as a doctor.
