I’m a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner proudly serving individuals across Maryland’s Eastern Shore and beyond. My journey in healthcare began at 18 years old, when I started as a Certified Nursing Assistant in a local hospital and quickly discovered my passion for helping others.
I earned my Associate of Science in Nursing from Wor-Wic Community College and later fulfilled a long-standing dream by completing a Master of Science in Nursing with a concentration in psychiatry from Walden University. My professional path reflects a commitment to growth, service, and supporting mental wellness.
I’m known for my kind, down-to-earth approach, and I truly believe in meeting people where they are. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where individuals feel comfortable sharing their stories, navigating challenges, and taking meaningful steps toward healing.

Dr. Thatcher made me feel heard. She was very kind and patient. I will be seeing her again. I’ve had bad experience with lady therapy sessions but Dr. Thatcher showed me not everyone is the same. So far she’s great!
