I never liked the doctor; I felt he wasn't there to help the patient, he was there to make money. That was the impression I got.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a doctor’s office. The receptionist, Kathy, was completely disorganized and unresponsive. I called and spoke with her on three separate occasions requesting that she email me the required paperwork, which never happened. I also asked if I could send over my insurance information in advance so the fee could be verified, but that was never done. In fact, when I arrived, I was told I would need to a lot of the visit which I paid.
The day before my appointment, I was called and asked if I could come in at 9:00 AM instead of my original 10:45 AM appointment. I agreed, yet when I arrived, there were still two patients ahead of me waiting to be seen, and I was then informed that the doctor was in surgery.
Overall, the lack of communication and poor scheduling made this a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend this office.

I saw Dr. Chusid for ongoing bloating and acid reflux. They listened carefully, ordered the right tests, and found the issue quickly.
