Her nursing career includes nursing in a cardiovascular step-down unit, serving as a correctional nurse manager at the Aiken County Detention Center, and as a staff and charge nurse at Aiken Regional Medical Centers. She also has a passion for teaching, growing teams’ care capabilities, and collaborating with other healthcare providers to create the best possible care plan for her patients. She feels strongly that a “treating the whole patient” approach is most beneficial to a patient.
When not in the clinic, her favorite pastimes include DIY projects/remodeling, planting/tending to flowers, thrifting, spending time at the lake, and, what she loves above all else, spending time with her children, family, and 3 fur babies: Doc, Finn, and Scrappy.
