What is your typical process for working with clients?
After you request your appointment, you will be sent an invite link for Brightside Health. You will need to enter your insurance and payment information to confirm your appointment.During your initial consultation we will craft a treatment plan personalized to your needs, and schedule follow-up appointments as needed. You will also be able message me directly at anytime via the messaging section of your Brightside Health portal - a tool where will also track your progress, access resources, and see your treatment plan details.

Very frustrating. The phone number provided is not answered. I left a message with the after-hours care and was still not contacted. I had to reschedule this appt, and was paired one of brightside fellow providers that I did not schedule for and cannot change because I can't get in touch. Go somewhere with professional communication; not here.
