“I cannot say enough good things about Brandon. He truly listens, asks thoughtful questions, and takes the time to understand the full picture rather than rushing to conclusions. His approach to medication management is careful, transparent, and incredibly supportive — with very clear communication around expectations and boundaries, which I really appreciate. It’s rare to find a psychiatrist who is both this thorough and genuinely willing to work with you. I feel very lucky to have found him.”

Getting to know Brandon Kruse

I specialize in working with high-performing adults with ADHD, anxiety, and burnout who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or not reaching their potential—despite working hard and trying multiple approaches. Many of my patients come to me after feeling frustrated with rushed or impersonal care. They’re often capable and driven, but struggling with focus, follow-through, overthinking, or mental exhaustion that interferes with their day-to-day life. My approach is thoughtful, structured, and collaborative. I take the time to understand the full picture—not just symptoms—so we can develop a clear and individualized treatment plan. If medication is part of care, I approach it carefully and intentionally, focusing on what actually works rather than quick or trial-and-error changes. I am a board-certified psychiatric provider with experience treating a wide range of mental health conditions, with a particular focus on ADHD and anxiety in adults. My goal is to help you gain clarity, improve focus and consistency, and feel more in control of your mental health. For those interested, I can also incorporate a values-based or faith-informed perspective into care. If you’re looking for a more thoughtful, thorough, and personalized approach, I’d be glad to work with you.

What should a new client know about working with you?

New clients should know that my approach is thoughtful, thorough, and never rushed. Many of the people I work with are high-functioning adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or frustrated—especially if past treatment felt too quick or impersonal. In our first visit, I take the time to understand the full picture: your symptoms, history, goals, and what has or hasn’t worked for you in the past. From there, we develop a clear and individualized plan. If medication is part of treatment, I approach it carefully and collaboratively. I’ll walk you through options, answer questions, and make adjustments based on how you actually respond—not guesswork. My goal is to help you feel understood, gain clarity, and move forward with a plan that is both effective and sustainable.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My process is structured, collaborative, and tailored to each individual. We start with a comprehensive initial evaluation, where I take the time to understand your symptoms, history, goals, and what has or hasn’t worked for you in the past. This helps us build a clear picture rather than making quick assumptions. From there, we develop a personalized treatment plan. For many patients, this includes thoughtful medication management, along with practical strategies to improve focus, reduce anxiety, and support day-to-day functioning. Follow-up visits are used to monitor progress, make careful adjustments as needed, and ensure that treatment is actually helping—not just in theory, but in your real life. Throughout the process, I prioritize clear communication and collaboration so you understand your options and feel confident in the direction of your care.

I cannot leave a proper rating because I was never given information about how to access the appointment and when I called the office, nobody answered the phone or has responded to my message.
