“Had a really great experience which was quite refreshing as I have not had good experiences in the past with a specialist for my feet. I went in with one major concern and they were able to resolve it right away and provide resources to help alleviate ongoing pain that I’ve been experiencing along with next steps for care. Just to note, I have metatarsus adductus and then developed a cyst on the outer edge of my foot that was causing discomfort. The cyst they were able to drain right away. The entire staff was extremely helpful and kind. ”

My questions and concerns about Morton’s neuromas were addressed and I received my first treatment after two other doctors told me that my pain couldn’t be from the known neuromas. I’d been seeking care for my bunion and will now begin the process to have a Lapiplasty with Dr Nelson- again this had not been offered or discussed with my previous doctors. About Dr. Brandon Nelson
Double board-certified (ABPM and ACFAS) in both podiatric medicine and foot and ankle surgery, Dr. Brandon Nelson is also a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. He earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from Des Moines University and completed his residency in Foot and Ankle Reconstruction at Tacoma General Hospital. Additionally, he holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Washington. Dr. Nelson has developed advanced treatment protocols and has an outstanding record of success in treating patients, including many who had not found relief at other clinics. Dr. Brandon and his staff are very friendly and professional, creating a welcoming environment. Everything moves efficiently, and this was the first time I visited a clinic where I didn't have to fill out long forms or provide extensive details. The doctor is experienced and specialized, taking the time to ensure I understood both the problem and the recommended treatment. After experiencing a painful injection in my ankle, the swelling has gone down, though I prefer not to have more injections.?? Overall, the team is wonderful and genuinely committed to helping you resolve your issues.

Very friendly, thorough, efficient doctor. I barely got to sit down before Stephen (physicians assistant?) was bringing me back to the exam room. Stephen was very knowledgeable and friendly, as was Dr. Nelson. Within 30 minutes they had x-rayed my feet, made a diagnosis, and gotten me setup with some at home exercises and take home medical equipment to begin healing. One of the best 'doctor' experiences I've had in the PNW!

Wonderful experience! Friendly & helpful @ the front desk for check in. Then Charlotte welcomed me to the exam room, she was super friendly & thoughtful. She listened to me and made a pre-diagnosis which was correct. Then I was treated by Dr. Nelson who is also very friendly, has a great bedside manner, He clearly explained the diagnosis, options and treatment before performing the treatment. I was very grateful to get an appointment so quickly. MA Steven got me settled in a room right away and prepped the area for the doctor. Dr Brandon Nelson examined both my feet and gave me a shot to deaden my right big toe. He stepped out for a couple of minutes then returned and did the procedure on my ingrown toenail in minutes. Amazing!

20 years ago, Dr Nelson cured my plantar fasciitis, So when I developed pain in my right toe recently, I made an appointment with him. I was delighted with his office, Alea, his receptionist, quickly checked me in & after Dr Nelson treated me, she gave me medication & instructions on applying it to my toe. As for Dr. Brandon Nelson, his quick & painless surgery removed my ingrown toenail & he gave me verbal & written instructions on how to prevent future in-grown nails & also how to cure the fungal infection in my toenails. I received very complete care from him & his staff.

I was warmly greeted by the front office staff, who were already aware that I had checked in online. The most welcoming part of my visit was meeting Nurse Charlotte—she was exceptionally kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. Dr. Nelson was gentle and thorough in his evaluation, narrowing my symptoms down to two possible causes. We’ve started a treatment plan to manage my pain, and I’m pleased with the progress so far. I’m scheduled to return in three weeks and feel confident moving forward with their care.

Most importantly, Dr. Nelson realized I don’t have great blood supply going to my feet and he sent me to a vascular doctor before he moved ahead with any procedure that would need a good blood supply to heal. Dr. Nelson did a great job getting me at ease with his confidence and sense of humor. I can't say I was excited to have him remove my toe nail, but he got the job done quickly and with little pain. The toe nail has grown back perfectly.
