Getting to know Brandy Rose
Hi, I’m a Psychiatric–Mental Health Nurse Practitioner committed to creating a caring, comfortable space where you feel truly heard. I provide thoughtful medication management and support for concerns like anxiety, depression, ADHD, and mood disorders. My approach is collaborative and focused on what matters most to you. Together, we’ll develop a plan that supports your well-being and helps you achieve your optimal state of being.
What should a new client know about working with you?
I practice patient-centered psychiatry. I encourage you to be a part of your mental health medication management plan.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
My goal is to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where you feel comfortable talking about what you’ve been going through.
Our first visit will be at least an hour long. During this time, I take the opportunity to get a comprehensive understanding of your mental health symptoms across your lifetime and how your experiences have led up to where you are now. We will talk about your current concerns, past mental health history, medical history, previous treatments or medications, family history, and any life experiences that may have impacted your wellbeing.
This first appointment is not about rushing to conclusions. It is about understanding your story, identifying patterns in your symptoms, and gaining clarity about what may be contributing to the challenges you are facing.
At the end of the visit, we will begin developing a treatment plan together. This may include discussing medication options if appropriate, therapy recommendations, lifestyle supports, and other strategies that may help you feel better.
