About Brea Dominique

Brea Dominique’s interest in fitness and nutrition began during her time in the Marine Corps, where she played a key role in the body composition program (BCP), overseeing the physical training of service members struggling with weight management. After leaving the military, she earned a scholarship for personal training certification. Although she was successful in training clients, she quickly realized that nutrition was the missing piece in helping individuals achieve lasting health. This realization led her to pursue a degree in nutrition, allowing her to offer comprehensive support. Since December 2020, Brea has been dedicated to supporting Bariatric patients or those seeking weight loss on their journey to improved health. She finds immense fulfillment in her role as it allows for meaningful counseling sessions focused on underlying reasons behind eating and exercising habits. Brea is often described as down-to-earth and realistic because she understands the challenges of balancing nutrition with everyday life as she navigates these same lifestyle factors, which allows her to better connect and support her clients on a deeper level. A license is not required for this provider to see patients. This provider holds a Registered Dietitian certification with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
