The communication was completely unclear. I arrived at 9:50 a.m., expecting my 10:00 a.m. appointment. After completing all the paperwork and waiting for 30 minutes, the receptionist informed us that the doctor had just informed them that she doesn’t see patients under six months old. This crucial information should have been communicated beforehand or even when I arrived, preventing me from wasting time and waiting for nothing. If you have children, you can imagine how frustrating it is to be with a newborn waiting for a doctor’s appointment. I strongly advise against this place.
