An initial evaluation consists of a comprehensive 45-60 minute session gathering information about your history and symptoms, with the goal of determining a diagnosis and treatment options.
Follow-up/ medication management appointments are evidence-based and individualized 15-30 minute sessions where medication dosing and formulations are adjusted as symptoms evolve along with the implementation of therapeutic strategies.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Brenda. She is truly amazing at what she does. From the moment I met her, she made me feel comfortable and cared for. Brenda takes her time to really listen and never makes you feel rushed. Her soft-spoken and kind demeanor creates such a calming presence, which is so reassuring when you’re not feeling your best. She explains everything thoroughly and with genuine compassion. It’s clear she truly cares about her patients. I feel incredibly lucky to have found her—she’s a rare gem in healthcare!
