Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

Brendan made me feel instantly comfortable and at ease. Even after only an hour I felt a lot better about many of the issues that brought me in, and we were able to begin to develop a plan for a solution. I would absolutely recommend him especially if you are new to the psychiatry spectrum as I am, and you are looking for a very low pressure and easy environment to express yourself and find practical solutions to whatever you may be going through.

i’ve been desperately searching for a caring, empathetic, and flexible psych doctor. & i’ve only did my intake with Dr. Donahue. My follow up is in 2 weeks. I feel I finally found the one. He seems like a great doctor and knows exactly how to help his patients. BY LISTENING TO THEM!! he checks off all the boxes for me. anxious for my next appointment already and looking forward to working with Dr. Donahue. i’ve been struggling for a long time now to find a doctor willing to work with me, care about me, my well being, and is overall compassionate and communicates well, he’s the one! Also to mention, he was right on time 12:45 sharp as scheduled and did not rush me whatsoever and listened to me tentatively the entire hour. Never experienced a doctor nice enough to do that. Zero judgement too, felt totally safe and could let my guard down. he has a very calming aura. But i’m rambling now, thank you Dr. Donahue and I look forward to our future appts. thank you so much!
