I booked an appointment because I was in pain. I thought I was seeing a doctor but it was a PA who can't prescribe medication and said sorry your going to have to live with the pain. He also said they have a sign that says no narcotics please zoc doc post no narcotics on there profile I wasted a day off

Dr. Brendan Farnand is truly an amazing doctor. From the moment I met him , he made me feel comfortable and cared for. He listens carefully to all my concerns and takes the time to explain everything in a way I can easily understand.
What I love most is how kind and patient he is. He never rushes through appointments, always making sure I feel heard and supported. Her positive attitude and warmth really make a difference when it comes to my health care.

Had a good experience — there was just one swab/test that they said they didn’t do which was inconvenient and also perplexing because they’ve done it at every other practice I’ve been to in the city.

The doctor was so kind and worth the wait.. but I was just there for blood work and had to go in and out of different rooms multiple times and couldn't get settled while waiting - i got there at 9:45 for a 10:00 apt, but didn't leave until 11:42 for a 5 minute apt which was frustrating. I would go back to the doctor but would have to make sure I basically take a half day off from work next time!

I have so many positive things to say but I’ll keep it short. It was my first appointment and I received blood work, two referrals and 3 months supply of my medication all on the same day. It was a life changing experience for someone who’s traveling and trying to get simple treatment. He had my intentions as his best interests. Highly recommend.
