About Dr. Brendon Verhave
Originally from Westchester, New York, he completed his undergraduate training at Cornell University and received his Doctor of Medicine degree from the State University of New York, Upstate Medical University. He then completed his dermatology residency at the University of Rochester Medical Center, as well as a clinical trial research fellowship focusing on emerging therapies in dermatology.
In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Verhave is an active contributor to dermatology literature, publishing both scholarly research articles and textbook chapters.

The doctor was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He specializes in Cortizone shots for skin and face, but not for orthopedic procedures. I’m glad I visited this clinic because I have acne and scarring on my neck. He highly recommended specific creams that could clear up my skin within a couple of months. I’m excited to try them and see how they work. The best part is that the clinic is conveniently located near my workplace. The staff was great, and the doctor was very clear and honest about his expertise and skincare recommendations. And I arrived about 20 minutes prior to my appointment, and the wedding wasn’t bad at all. I’m very pleased with my experience.

Dr was good but medicine confusion and wanted secondary one at my pharmacy that was cheaper not the suggested
Apocathary so a bit of a hassle next time they should ask where I want medicine first instead of assuming. Then assistant told me why not get price not so much who was she to tell me what I can afford

Dr. Verhave was kind, courteous, attentive, but above all else professional. I have encountered several doctors that have horrifically poor bedside manner, but that is not Dr. Verhave. He is knowledgable and has exceptionally high emotional intelligence, and I am lucky to be a patient of his.

Headline: Among the worst experiences I've had at a doctor's office.
The Good: I was seen promptly.
The Bad: I made an appointment to have a small cyst removed. The doctor walked into the room and in about 30 seconds told me he did not remove cysts. I paid a copay to be told by a medical doctor that he does not help - surely that's something the office could have mentioned prior to my appointment and payment?
The office sent me numerous texts and emails (and even called once) to confirm the appointment and gather my information but failed to mention that the doctor I had an appointment with DID NOT TREAT WHAT I WAS COMING FOR. A massive failure by the office and the doctor.
It was a waste of money and time. I couldn't recommend this practice less - if they cannot alert patients about the services they provide, imagine what else they're doing wrong?

Front desk very friendly and nice. Office was ok.
Assistant beforehand was friendly and asked great questions.
Doctor didn't seem like he was looking through the microscope at my skin. Though I did a full body scan, he failed to mention issues that other dermatologists have pointed out making me feel like he was just rushing me to get out. He was friendly and kind, just do not feel like he was through at all.
