From start to finish, my experience at this office was excellent. Dr. Payton was a thoughtful and attentive listener who made me feel heard and understood. She was both kind and reassuring, and she took the time to address my concerns in a thorough and compassionate way. The medical assistant and nurse were wonderful as well, explaining each step as they drew blood for my labs and administered a vaccine, which I greatly appreciated. The front desk staff were welcoming, friendly, and efficient. I am very grateful to have found a primary care provider and medical team that made me feel comfortable and supported.
