About Dr. Brett Taylor

Dr. Taylor is a 1987 graduate of Pasadena College of Chiropractic and earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Southern California University of Health Sciences. He has been in active practice ever since, with over 20 years of experience. He has treated a wide variety of patients, from professional athletes to children and expectant mothers. Dr. Taylor was introduced to chiropractic at age 13 after developing migraine headaches. He was referred to Dr. Steven Boshoff, who diagnosed and corrected the problem through chiropractic adjustments, eliminating his suffering. That experience stayed with Dr. Taylor, but it was not until he met Dr. Milton Miller, a 1957 graduate of the original Palmer College of Chiropractic, that he seriously considered becoming a chiropractor. After graduating, Dr. Taylor spent his first two years practicing in Dr. Miller’s office, learning to practice chiropractic according to the specific upper cervical methods taught by B.J. Palmer. Since then, he has learned various techniques, including Gonstead, Diversified, and Thompson. Dr. Taylor practiced in Southern California for over five years in various settings, including a large multi-doctor clinic in Costa Mesa. He moved to Florida in 1992 and started his practice in Royal Palm Beach in 1995. The practice has since moved to Wellington, Florida. Taylor Chiropractic Center has served the western communities of Royal Palm Beach, Wellington, Loxahatchee, Westlake, Arden, and the Acreage for over 20 years. Dr. Taylor is a member of the Florida Chiropractic Society and the American Chiropractic Association. He attends at least six seminars per year to stay current with chiropractic research, continuing education, and practice management. He currently resides in the Acreage with his wife, Pam, and their two children, Austin and Allison.
