About Dr. Brian Kelchen
Dr. Brian Kelchen grew up in a home where chiropractic care was part of his life since he was three years old. He played all sports in high school and received chiropractic care for various sports injuries. In college, Dr. Kelchen played football and track and field, and with the numerous hits and falls he suffered, his chiropractor and staff helped him get moving again so he could rejoin his team and keep playing. He experienced firsthand the recuperative power of adjustments and muscle therapy.
Spending long hours concentrating on his studies in college often gave him headaches, and chiropractic care helped him with those as well. All of Dr. Kelchen's personal experiences with chiropractic led him to join the profession that had helped him for so long. He knew he wanted to help others just like him.
Dr. Kelchen graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA, earning his Doctor of Chiropractic degree. This was the start of his career as a chiropractor. Over the years, he has helped many patients with back, neck, and extremity-related problems. One case that stands out in his mind is a 40-year-old mother of two who came into the clinic with severe knee pain. She had already had surgery on the other knee with little improvement in symptoms. After a few weeks of treatment, she was out walking and even playing tennis with no pain in either knee. She continues to do well today.
Dr. Kelchen's goal is to educate people on the power of chiropractic and help them reach their optimal level of wellness. He is here to enable people to get better, regardless of age, sex, or fitness level. Dr. Brian no matter if you see him weekly or in an emergency is always sure to prioritize your care and make sure you leave feeling better than you did walking in. Aside from the adjustments he also gives you tips and things you can do at home to help with what your issues are. Highly recommend !

Dr. Brian came highly recommended and prior to my appointment with him I could barely walk, sit up straight, drive, sneeze, cough, go to the bathroom, brush my teeth, sit down, stand up... you get the point. After a few visits with Dr. Brian I was all back to normal. He knew exactly what was wrong with me, prior to an MRI I wanted as a second opinion. I could have saved some money and headaches by listening to him and getting going with his suggestions on how I could get back to functioning normally again. This was the second time I've needed his help in getting back to functioning normally again. He has saved me, I trust him and I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Brian. #lifesaver

Dr Brian is all about helping you be and feel your best! He is extremely knowledgeable and appreciate his approach in being proactive and consistent. I am now bring my kids to him for adjustments which has helped them feel and preform better in the sports they play. Highly recommend him. A++++

Dr. Brian has been my chiropractor for many years. A few years back after I suffered a fall outside my home, when adjustments didn't seem to take care of my problem, he did not hesitate to refer me to my internist for x-rays/MRI, because he knew Medicare wouldn't cover an x-ray done in his office. I ended up seeing an orthopedic specialist for treatment and again, when physical therapy was in order and I asked Dr. Brian if I could get it at his practice, he explained Medicare wouldn't cover it at his practice, only at the specialist's affiliated facility. This says volumes about the integrity of Dr. Brian Kelchen.

Dr. Brian is very kind, thorough, compassionate, and respectful. He realizes that there is a need to treat the “whole person” and not just one particular symptom. He also provides great education to help manage symptoms and improve quality of life. He helped me get through an injury as well as post surgical recovery.
