My approach is holistic, combining medication management and therapy with psychoeducation about the importance of lifestyle changes in achieving optimal health. I am open-minded and compassionate toward all individuals, regardless of race, culture, gender, or sexual orientation. I earned my Master's in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing from Walden University and hold a Bachelor's degree from the University of Kansas. I work hard to build rapport with my patients and take pride in formulating individualized treatment plans tailored to each person's current needs. We are living in challenging times, and I am here to help lighten the burden through effective treatment with medication and talk therapy. I will be accepting new patients starting November 20th. What is your typical process for working with clients?

I work with a diverse group of patients with a variety of different psychiatric conditions. During our initial session, I will give you the opportunity to tell me more about you and what things you would like to work on first. We will then develop a treatment plan that typically includes medication management and psychotherapy. We will follow up in 2-4 weeks and adjust treatment plan accordingly.
